Ode to Femininity

If 2023 was the “Year of the Girl”, then London Fashion Week proves that 2024 is the Year of the Woman. Girlish aesthetics grow up into bigger, bolder and proudly feminine themes.

From statement-making floral prints to decadent details, our product predictions came through across the collections.

Romantic Sheers

As predicted on our catwalk preview, the second trend emerging from London Fashion Week is Romantic Sheers.

Transparent sheers brought drama to skirts and dresses, lending a certain sensuality to occasion dressing on the runway.

Soft Pastels, Big Impact

Designers proved that pastels should not be reserved for dresses only, as dusted pink and lilac shades made an impact across puffer jackets and padded coats.

WGSN's 2023 colour of the year Digital Lavender remains strong for 2024, as seen on Holzweiler below (middle), combined with Cool Matcha for a softened take on digital directions.
